Crude Palm Oil (CPO)
Crude Palm Oil(CPO) is an edible oil that extracted from Fresh Fruit Bunches(FFB). The ripe FFB colour’s is red colour because it contains high amounts of beta-carotene as well known as vitamin A.Palm Oil can be processed and manufactured into pre-packaged food, cosmetics, cleaning products, hair care, soaps and so on.
Palm Kernel (PK)
Palm Kernel(PK) is the edible seed of the Fresh Fruit Bunches(FFB). Palm Kernel can formed into Palm Kernel Cake(PKC) produced by mechanical screw press and also can process become Crude Palm Kernel Oil(CPKO).
Crude Palm Kernel Oil (CPKO)
Crude Palm Kernel Oil(CPKO) is a light yellow crude oil extracted from Palm Kernel(PK). CPKO is used for ice cream, margarine, chocolate and confectionary products, soap and detergent.
Palm Kernel Cake (PKC)
Palm Kernel Cake(PKC) is generated after the extraction of Crude Palm Kernel Oil(CPKO) using mechanical screw press. Palm Kernel Cake(PKC) mainly used for animal feeds because it is a nutritious-by-product that contains crude protein, oil and some mineral content like calcium, zinc, copper and so on.
Palm Kernel Shell (PKS)
Palm kernel shell (PKS) is the shell fractions left after the nut extracted from crushing operation palm oil mill. It can be used in industrial boilers, furnaces and foundries, brick kilns, residential and commercial heating, and light-weight aggregate for concrete as an alternative fuel for biomass-based which combined heat and power plants.
Boiler Ash
Boiler Ash is by-product from boiler palm oil mill which contain potassium. It can mix with soil become fertilizer.
Black Soil
Black Soil contains soil, boiler ash and decanter cake from palm oil mill process that become fertilizer for planting
Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB)
Empty fruit bunches (EFB) are a biomass waste product seperated from Fresh Fruit Bunch(FFB) after mill processing. It can be used for Fuel as bioenergy resources for Boiler. It also considers as Natural Fiber because they are coarse, thick, clean, and biodegradable. They can be used to produce woven products and planting
